Our recruitment process is designed to be thorough yet efficient, ensuring we find candidates who not only have the right skills but also align with our culture and values. The process is identical for all applicants, with only minor variations for our Talent Pool candidates in the final stage.

Submit Your Information

Send us your information via our application form. This initial step helps us understand your background, experience, and career aspirations. We review all applications carefully and respond to every candidate.

Screening Interview with HR

Our HR team conducts an initial screening interview to learn more about your professional background, career goals, and what you're looking for in your next role. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about Altarya and our company culture.

Technical Interview

We value your time and don't believe in take-home assessments. Our technical interviews consist of on-the-spot coding tasks and problem-solving exercises tailored to your background and the role you're applying for. Technical excellence is one of our top priorities, and our technical interviews are conducted by external experts, all with backgrounds from leading tech companies (Amazon, Google, Microsoft).

Cultural Fit Interview

Culture is extremely important to us at Altarya. This behavioral and situational interview assesses how well you align with our company values and work environment. We want to understand how you've demonstrated our guiding principles in your previous roles. To prepare, we recommend reviewing our Mission, Vision, and 6 Guiding Principles. We suggest using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses.

Final Round (Talent Pool Candidates)

If you've successfully passed the technical assessment and are applying to join our Talent Pool, our team will reach out to provide more details about onboarding and next steps. We'll explain what to expect as part of our Talent Pool and how projects are assigned.

For both permanent roles and Talent Pool candidates, the final step is verification of education credentials and past employer references. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
