Lead Altarya Solutions' artificial intelligence initiatives and drive innovation across our data projects. Architect cutting-edge AI solutions and lead a team of AI specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement advanced AI/ML solutions for complex business problems
• Lead AI strategy development and roadmap planning
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists
• Collaborate with clients to identify AI opportunities and define project scope
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies
• Ensure AI solutions meet the highest standards of ethics, privacy, and compliance
• Present AI strategies and results to C-level executives and technical teams
• Drive continuous improvement in AI capabilities and team expertise
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and leadership
• Proven track record of delivering production AI solutions
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
• Experience with modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI)
• Fluency in English required; German proficiency advantageous

Drive technical excellence as Data Engineering Lead. Architect enterprise-scale data platforms, lead a team of skilled data engineers, and solve complex data challenges for Swiss clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data platforms and pipelines
• Lead technical architecture decisions for data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time streaming
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data technologies and best practices
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all solutions
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders and contribute to business development
• Drive continuous improvement in data engineering processes and methodologies
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in modern data stack (Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data services
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Scala, SQL) and distributed computing
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Fluency in English required; German proficiency highly advantageous
